"I had a question about my plan…"
I had a question about my plan and expected to wait a while, but they got back to me much faster than I thought. From the tone of the reply, I could tell they actually understood what I was asking and weren’t just sending a copy-paste answer. I also didn’t have to repeat the whole situation, which I really appreciated. Follow-ups were quick too. It just makes using the site feel a lot less stressful when support actually responds and pays attention.
"Tired of Chasing the Refund"
I’m just kind of worn out from the whole process. The refund took way longer than I expected, and trying to cancel felt more complicated than it needed to be. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it definitely left me frustrated and tired of dealing with customer service
"I like that I can switch sessions…"
I like that I can switch sessions around when work gets crazy. Some weeks my schedule is just all over the place, so being able to adjust without a big hassle is honestly... it helps a lot.

"Helpful, but I felt a little pressured at times"
The workout plan was easy to follow and didn’t feel too intense, which I appreciated. I liked having the week laid out for me because it made it easier to stay on track. A few of the exercises did start to feel repetitive, and there were moments where I felt a bit pressured to keep up, even when I wasn’t totally feeling it. Overall though, it helped me stay consistent, so I’d say it was a good experience...

"Accountability wasn’t quite there"
I signed up mainly because I wanted accountability, and reading between the lines, that part just didn’t feel as strong as I expected. The coach was friendly enough, but some of the check-ins came late and felt a little copy-pasted. It wasn’t a bad experience, but most days I still felt like I was the one pushing myself along, which kind of defeated the purpose for me.

"Worth the price"
Yeah... it was worth what I paid. Nothing too fancy, but it does the job well, and I’m happy with it overall.

"Had a small issue with my Fittr plan…"
Had a small issue with my fittr plan. Thought it would take days. But support got back fast. Explained everything in a simple way. No making me feel silly for asking basic stuff. That was nice. Issue got fixed without much back and forth. Good experience overall. Happy with the help...

"Onboarding Could’ve Been Smoother"
The onboarding felt a bit messy and rushed. There were too many forms, the coach matching process wasn’t very clear, and no one really explained what the next steps were. I’m comfortable figuring things out, but I expected the start to be a lot smoother than it was.
"Finally, Fitness Advice That Doesn’t Make You Feel Clueless"
Before joining Fittr, I was so lost with all the fitness stuff online. Like, why does everyone make it sound like you need a science degree just to start eating better or working out? Fittr made it way easier to begin. The coaches explain things in a simple, normal way, and they don’t make you feel stupid for asking basic questions. That alone was such a relief. It feels nice to actually understand what I’m doing for once

"Pretty clear overall, just a little annoying to navigate"
I used Fittr for a few months, and the subscription stuff was straightforward. The prices and renewal details were shown before I paid, so I didn’t get any weird surprise charges later, which was nice. I also liked that I could check my account and actually see what plan I was on. That said, some of the info felt a bit buried and could definitely be easier to find. But overall, it felt fair and transparent enough, so I can’t really complain too much.

"Nice at first, but doesn’t really hold up"
At the beginning, I thought it was good and easy to get into. But after using it for a while, it starts to feel like they put more effort into making a strong first impression than actually making it work well long term. Not terrible, just not as easy to stick with as it seems at first.
"Good app overall, but the videos and login can be annoying"
The app usually opens and loads fine for me, so it’s not like it’s completely unusable or anything. Most of the time I can get around the menus without any problem. The main issue I keep running into is with the workout videos. They’ll start playing, but then they lag or buffer at random times, which is frustrating when you’re already in the middle of a workout and trying to keep the pace going. I’ve also had a few login issues here and there where it either takes longer than it should or just doesn’t work the first time, so I have to try again. It’s not constant, but it happens enough that I notice it. Overall, I like the idea of the app, but those little bugs make the experience feel less smooth than it should.

"The meals feel like normal home…"
The meals feel like normal home food, which I really liked. They’re easy to follow, and I sorta didn’t get that urge to quit after two days like I usually do

"I wasn’t really expecting much from…"
I wasn’t really expecting much from the diet plan, but it actually fit into my routine well. It wasn’t too difficult to stick with, which surprised me. The weight came off slowly, so I did have to be patient, but I felt good along the way. I guess I have to admit it worked for me.

"I had a feeling this would..."
I had a feeling this would be the kind of thing that actually worked for me, it pretty much confirmed what I thought. I’ve been dropping weight without it feeling like a huge stressful production, which is a nice change. It just feels manageable, and that’s exactly what I was hoping for.

"Helpful Start, But Motivation Was Hit or Miss"
Fittr did help me get started, and I’ll give it that. Like I said, it was good for getting me moving in the beginning. Some check-ins felt helpful and kept me on track, but other days I felt like I was kind of figuring things out on my own. The motivation side was just a bit up and down for me, like I said

"Felt guided and confident"
My Fittr coach explained the workouts and food stuff in a really simple way, which made it easy to follow. He also checked my form videos, so I felt like I was doing it right. It really helped me stay confident

"I mostly tried fittr because I wanted help…"
I mostly tried fittr because I wanted help with my exercise form, and it was a bit of a mixed bag. A few of the tips did help, especially the little reminders about posture and setup, but a lot of it felt basic. I kept wanting more specific corrections, like where my knees should be pointing, how far my feet should be apart, or what my back should look like during the movement. Without clearer examples or side-by-side guidance, I still wasn’t totally sure if I was doing things right. It’s not a terrible resource, but for form guidance, it didn’t give me enough detail to feel confident.

"Pretty easy to get around"
I’ve been using the app for a bit, and it’s actually easy to figure out. I didn’t really get lost much, which is always a plus. The pages load fine, tracking things is simple, and most of the stuff is actually right where I’d expect it to be.
